About the Role:
The Talent Engineer Program at VinFast is a unique opportunity for earlycareer engineers to join our R&D team as fulltime engineers while being mentored by lead experts in the field. This program is designed to build core engineering talent across key domains in Powertrain and Thermal Systems shaping future leaders of automotive innovation.
Participants will be assigned to a specific domain based on their educational background technical skills or work experience.

Powertrain Module:
Drivetrain and Control
Thermal Calibration
Thermal Center:
HVAC Hardware Design
HVAC System Design
Thermal Function and Control (Software & Algorithm Development)
Thermal Integration
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Electronics Electrical Mechatronics Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
Foundational knowledge or experience in areas such as:
- Powertrain and thermal system development
- Climate control and vehicle comfort systems
- Electric drive systems and highvoltage components
- Thermal control units and highvoltage batteries
Familiarity with automotive development processes
Strong motivation selflearning ability and initiative
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in multinational teams and deliver under pressure
Problemsolving mindset even outside core areas of expertise
Experience with project planning and tracking is a plus
