Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Mountain with an hour unpaid break (Potential for overtime and weekend hours)
Responsibilities:
- Process orders from WooCommerce platform to dropshipping systems
- Manage Amazon warehouse fulfillment operations
- Execute accurate data entry between platforms
- Reference product spreadsheets for dropshipping fulfillment
- Monitor order status and maintain accurate records
- Split fulfillment between dropshipping and Amazon warehouse
- Direct reporting to business owner
Requirements:
- Experience with ecommerce platforms particularly WooCommerce
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Reliable highspeed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Ability to work fulltime 40 hours per week)
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficiency with remote computer access systems
