Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Finance

  1. Financial Modeling & Strategic Planning

  • Build detailed financial models and simulations to forecast business performance and guide strategic decisionmaking.

  • Optimize capital structure and perform investment evaluations to support financial strategies.

  1. Fundraising & M&A Activities

  • Lead capitalraising efforts by liaising with investors and financial institutions to secure growth funding.

  • Manage endtoend M&A processes including target identification due diligence deal negotiation and .

Business Planning

  1. Strategic Growth & Expansion

  • Design and implement longterm strategies aimed at expanding market presence and improving profitability.

  • Utilize market insights and operational data to develop actionable strategic plans.

  1. Market Development & Positioning

  • Identify new market entry opportunities including geographic expansion joint ventures and strategic partnerships.

  • Lead pricing strategy initiatives to maintain competitive advantage in key markets.


Performance Reporting

  1. Financial Reporting & Forecasting

  • Generate comprehensive financial reports budgets and forecasts to support executive decisionmaking.

  • Design and maintain performance monitoring tools such as dashboards and trackers to assess business health.

  1. Risk Management & KPI Monitoring

  • Evaluate key performance indicators and financial risks delivering actionable insights to leadership.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure business activities align with strategic objectives and performance targets.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration or a related field. A Master s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA CA) is an added advantage.

Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in business planning financial modelling corporate finance M&A fundraising or commodity trading. Proven success in executing strategic initiatives is essential.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in financial modelling and analytics

  • Strong leadership negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Solid understanding of market trends pricing strategies and performance tracking
