Job Summary:
The Global HR Business Partner leades will lead and execute the global people strategy of the company in alignment with the companys business objectives. This senior HR leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership across multiple geographies (basically US UK Europe) driving organizational effectiveness talent strategies cultural alignment and transformational change.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a key advisor to Csuite and senior leaders across all global regions aligning HR strategy with business objectives.
- Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and of global talent strategies including succession planning leadership development performance management and career pathing.
- Support executive coaching and leadership development programs to build highperforming teams.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) including Talent Acquisition Compensation & Benefits Learning & Development and HR Technology to deploy scalable global solutions.
- Leverage data analytics to provide insights and drive decisions on workforce planning engagement and retention.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with global and regional employment laws.
- Foster a positive inclusive and highperformance culture aligned with the organization s values and mission.
- Develop and oversee global engagement strategies and initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and retention.
- Act as a change champion and culture ambassador across the enterprise.
