A satisfying role
Heading up a team at the heart of our busy depot youll see that we always have the quality and quantity of products we need to delight our customers. This will mean leading on everything from maintaining inventory records and monitoring quality to preparing for audits and ensuring safety compliance. Youll get the very best out of your team too embedding a culture of continuous improvement and giving them the confidence and support they need to do their jobs brilliantly.
What you bring to the mix
Results and peoplefocused with a background in leading an inventory team in a fastpaced environment like ours youve got everything it takes to succeed at Sysco:
- a solid understanding of inventory management processes and procedures
- the ability to plan resources and manage cost service and safety through others
- strong financial and data analysis skills
- the ability to create and implement customer and colleague plans to improve the experience of both
- a track record of coaching and mentoring teams to deliver outstanding performance
- an understanding of how to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
