Job Description

Job Title: Tender Executive

Objective:
The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage all tenderrelated activities across South Indian states. This includes identifying live tenders preparing documentation and ensuring timely submission of bids on eprocurement platforms. The executive will also be responsible for coordinating with internal and external teams to convert government opportunities into direct or indirect business via contractors or departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily tenders on eProcurement portals for Karnataka Andhra Pradesh Telangana Tamil Nadu Kerala and central platforms like CPPP.
  • Filter relevant tenders related to street lighting poles high masts fabrication PEB structures etc.
  • Download tender documents prepare summary sheets and share them with the internal team for feasibility analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal technical/commercial teams to prepare and upload tender documents GTPs GADs BOQs etc.
  • Track deadlines for document submission EMD payment and online bid submission.
  • Support the vendor registration process in various departments (e.g. PWD Smart City Railways BDA etc..
  • Create and maintain a daily report of tenders identified participated lost/won and contact points.
  • In case of nonparticipation identify key contractors participating in the project and pass leads to RSM or Sales Head.
  • Ensure all relevant approvals (CPRI CEIG EOT etc. are tracked and submitted in bids as required.
  • Stay updated on policy changes eligibility norms and documentation formats on state portals.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in tender management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of eprocurement platforms and tender processes.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of government regulations and policies related to tendering.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
