Job Description
Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards.
- Perform field service jobs as assigned and ensure that job results in customer satisfaction as well as in compliance with all safety standards.
- Perform assigned field service jobs in a timely manner and complete documentation for submission to Service Engineer.
- Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
EHS
- Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards.
5S
- Complete any other duties as directed by the superior.
- Comply and ensure the Service department activities procedures are implemented and recorded in accordance as mentioned in our QMS.
QMS
- Awareness of ISO14001 & 45001 standards.
ISO14001 & 45001
Qualifications :
- At least a High School diploma
- Product Knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Applying Expertise & Technology
- Communication Skills
- Adhering to Principles & Values
- Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
- Following Instructions and Procedure
