Job Description
The Opportunity:
As the Brand Architect the Director will be responsible for shaping and influencing Penns creative direction through design store concepts marketing and visual elements to strengthen its image and increase brand awareness in the market.
What you do:
- Develop and lead integrated creative strategies ensuring perfect alignment with the brands DNA.
- Create creative processes and infrastructure to support alignment between marketing and creative strategy within the team.
- Analyze trends to define innovative creative directions for the brand across all channels.
- Define and ensure adherence to brand graphic standards across all media and teams.
- Identify projectspecific needs and establish creative roadmaps for seasonal campaigns across all channels.
- Ensure the timely and highquality production of creative assets from digital and print to social media instore visuals and advertising.
- Lead and manage a team of 3 people fostering a culture of innovation creativity and collaboration.
- Direct the creative brief process distribute tasks and ensure effective management of deadlines and deliverables within the team.
Qualifications :
Experience & Education Required
- University degree in Marketing or Fashion
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative team
- Indepth expertise in brand image interior design (decor) and print media
- Proven experience in experiential marketing and managing largescale creative projects
- Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships
- Experience with AIassisted design tools (an asset)
