- Freedom Mobile & Fizz Partnership Operations:
- Coordinates the planning and deployment of partnership operations acting as the contact person between properties and agencies integrated into the process.
- Carries out administrative followup and maintains communication channels between Freedom Mobile / Fizz and agencies.
- Ticketing coordination:
- Acts as a resource person within the VicePresidency for the coordination of ticketingrelated activities:
- Maintains the events calendar and ensures its distribution to the team in close collaboration with internal support resources;
- Coordinates the granting of access according to internally established rules
- Handles ad hoc ticketing requests;
- Prepares followup reports as required;
- Acts as a resource person for ticketing staff at properties with which Freedom and Fizz have contractual relationships;
- Management of experiential communications projects:
- Supports the person in charge in the planning coordination and of experiential communications campaigns in liaison with the corporate communications teams specific to the Freedom Mobile & Fizz brands.
Qualifications :
- University degree in communications marketing and/or relevant experience
- Minimum of two 2 years experience in a marketing coordination position;
- Experience in experiential marketing an asset;
- Experience in event logistics an important asset;
- Organizational skills autonomy and constant concern for quality;
- Ability to manage several files at once;
- Ability to synthesize information;
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team;
- Innovative and creative spirit;
- Bilingualism spoken and written;
- Field representation sometimes requiring presence at work on atypical schedules.
