Job Description

A highenergy ambitious Sales Executive / Business Development Manager is needed to join Aerios a fastgrowth aviation tech startup thats transforming the global air cargo charter market. With a pioneering SaaS platform huge addressable market and major clients already onboard (including worldleading carrier CargoJet) this is an opportunity to be part of something big early!

Reimagining how cargo charter airlines connect with the market Aerios have developed a platform that digitises an industry worth $13 billion helping carriers unlock new revenue streams and enabling charter brokers to operate faster smarter and more transparently. Theyre solving old problems with modern tech and the market is responding.

Working alongside the Founder and CEO the Sales Exec will help shape the future of a categorydefining company while taking full ownership of the sales journey from prospecting and product demos through to closing deals and expanding accounts. Youll play a pivotal role in driving growth across global markets focusing on new business development and building longterm client relationships. In return expect a competitive base salary serious commission potential up to 120k OTE and a clear path for progression as the business scales.

What youll be doing:

  • Prospecting new clients across the aviation cargo and freight logistics space
  • Leading product demos that show the realworld value of our platform
  • Attending major global trade shows and conferences to boost brand visibility
  • Building and managing a pipeline of highpotential opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing product and customer success teams
  • Feeding market insight back into product strategy and positioning

What were looking for:

Whether youre a B2B SaaS sales professional with a passion for aviation/logistics or an industry insider ready to pivot into charter software sales this is a highreward highimpact role where youll bring

  • 37 years experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS or techenabled services)
  • Aviation / Airline / Cargo or Charter market exposure (bonus but not essential)
  • Experience selling into freight forwarding cargo airlines or aviation service providers
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in highlevel discussions
  • CRM fluency (HubSpot Salesforce etc. and a metricsdriven mindset
  • Willingness to travel globally for industry events
