Role Overview
As an engineer you will be at the forefront of our clients engineering team driving the development and delivery of highimpact projects. You will collaborate closely with other engineers product managers and stakeholders to build scalable secure and reliable payment solutions. Your contribution will be crucial in shaping the technical direction of the company and mentoring other engineers to achieve their full potential.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in software development with a proven track record of contributing to successful projects.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript Typescript (preferred) Python or Go. However proficiency in any Cstyle language is a valid consideration.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript Typescript) and frameworks (React Angular ).
- Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and data structures.
- Proven experience with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Beneficial:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field beneficial but not required.
- Experience in the fintech industry or with payment processing systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance requirements (e.g. PCI DSS).
- Experience with machine learning and data analytics.

Responsibilities
- Development deployment & maintenance of complex software systems and services.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks security vulnerabilities and other technical issues.
- Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Participate in the hiring process to attract and retain top engineering talent.
Team and Reporting Structure:
The engineer will join a team of software engineers and report directly to the engineering manager. You will work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
