Job Description

Position Summary:
The Reservations Officer supervises the reservation functions for the hotels ensuring that all reservations are processed in a pleasant professional and efficient manner. Manages and coordinates activities of reservations team members providing reservations and customer service skills. Achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while talking to guests through the booking process. Assist the Reservations Manager with retraining and developing reservations team members. Assist in providing high quality service and exceeding client or guest expectations. Quality call monitoring by tracking and evaluating the process and giving feedback based on performance evaluation. Maintains consistent quality to ensure in compliance with companys policies and procedures.
Competencies and Skills Required:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Telephone and computer etiquette
- Demonstrates a calm and professional manner at all times.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations accommodations etc.
- Organized
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Tourism or other related course.
- At least 2 years experience in Hotel/Resort.
- At least 1 year experience in a BPO/shared service setup.
