Job Description
Company Background:
Our client is the leading supplier of seafood and frozen foods. Their headquarter is situated in Johor Bahru (JB) Malaysia. The company carry a broad line of national brands and continuously analyse trends and conditions to identify the best purchase values.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and all aspects of monthly financial and management reporting budgetary controls forecasting etc.
- Familiar in AR & AP procedures.
- Processing of Sales Invoices.
- Ensure journal entries and account ledgers such as GL AR and AP are correctly recorded and prepared promptly.
- Record and process all business transactions within the organizations accounting system.
- Perform monthly and yearly closing activities.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits.
- Liaise with auditors tax agents bankers etc. on workrelated matters.
- Perform adhoc work assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional/Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel Word and accounting software.
- Knowledge of AutoCount Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Meticulous responsible good initiatives and a team player.
- Strong analytical ability positive thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with a teamworkbased approach.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
