About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Delivery to lead and manage service delivery across all our client accounts. You will be the key clientfacing leader responsible for ensuring seamless maintaining high standards and driving customer satisfaction across all engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee delivery across multiple client projects ensuring timelines quality and budget goals are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients fostering longterm relationships and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions that align with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in delivery processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and ongoing operational excellence.
- Provide strategic direction on service offerings and growth in line with client needs.
- Work closely with Sales Account Management and Technical teams to align delivery with expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Head of Delivery or similar leadership role preferably in a B2B service company.
- Strong background in client delivery and solution management.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills a confident clientfacing professional.
- Track record of managing crossfunctional teams and complex projects across time zones.
- Strategic thinker with a handson approach to problemsolving.
