Position: Warehouse Associate
Temporary
Pay: $18/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pelham AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse tasks including receiving storing and distributing materials tools equipment and products. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming shipments verifying contents against purchase orders and packing lists
Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and ship outgoing orders ensuring they are properly labeled and packaged
Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner
Keep warehouse clean and organized following all safety protocols
Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed
Communicate and collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in a fastpaced and physically demanding environment
Must pass a background check and drug screen
