We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Customer Support Representative to join our team supporting the corporate travel sector. In this role you will help travelers with their booking needs providing assistance with flights hotels and car rentals. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries ensuring a smooth and stressfree travel experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide professional efficient and personalized support via email phone and chat.

Assist customers with booking modifying and managing travel arrangements.

Resolve customer inquiries and travel issues in a timely and effective manner.

Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to meet client needs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet individual and team performance targets for quality efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about travel industry trends and company service offerings.
Requirements

Proficiency in German and English both written and spoken.

Previous customer service experience (preferably in travel hospitality or call centre environments) is an advantage.

Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.

Comfort with using travel platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
