Overview

A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate OB/GYN Physician to provide highquality comprehensive care to women across all stages of life. Join a missiondriven team focused on serving Imperial and Riverside County communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional healthcare to female patients
• Manage prenatal perinatal and postnatal care
• Perform deliveries prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Provide inhospital and outpatient care
• Lead chronic disease management and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in quality improvement efforts audits and team meetings
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and multidisciplinary teams
• Mentor NP/PAs and serve as a preceptor for students
• Support patientcentered medical home initiatives
• Rotate between Innercare clinic locations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate (MD or DO)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in:
  • Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • General Gynecology
  • Womens Health
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • California MD License
  • DEA (CAspecific)
  • Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS)
  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN
• Supervisory Willingness: Open to mentoring clinical staff
• Schedule Agreement: Willing to work fulltime including occasional weekends/oncall

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $375K$400K/year (negotiable)
• Signon Bonus: $20K$30K
• Retention Bonus
• Housing Stipend: $1500$2000/month for up to 6 months
