**MSO requires the application completed within 3 days of being confirmed despite the start date!!**

Facility Location: 2550 Sister Mary Columba Drive Red Bluff CA 96080
Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient
Duties: Full scope OB GYN
FTE: 1.0
Required Procedures: Deliveries (C-section/vaginal) Gynecological surgeries
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Dedicated MA Practice Manager
Reason for Coverage: permanent provider decreasing coverage

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BLS
Board Certified
DEA
NRP

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
California
