Salary: UE0per annum prorata 12.60 per hour) plus 18.1 holiday pay

Department: Accommodation Catering and Events Business Development

Location: The Scholar and The Scott Hotels

Position: Open ended (Permanent) Guaranteed Hours 20 hours per year every year)

The Opportunity:

A unique opportunity has arisen for an individual with a hospitality cleaning or catering background who enjoys a challenging and varied role.

You will ensure our kitchens at The Scholar Hotel and The Scott Hotel are spotless whilst supporting the team with deliveries of goods across various locations. Aside from looking after the dishwashing areas you will ensure the rest of the kitchen is kept clean in line with Health and Safety standards. You will also be asked to look after our recycling.

This post will present an opportunity to join us at an exciting time during a period of refurbishment and you will be able to contribute to our success.
