Salary:per annum plus the potential to earn up to 35 commission
Location: Manchester
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
With a growing pipeline of new developments were recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. Youll be based in Manchester but will be required to travel to other sites and venues across the region as required.
As Sales Executive youll lead the frontline sales performance for Shared Ownership and any other salesrelated products offered by Latimer which is the development arm of Clarion Housing Group. Our pipelines continue to grow rapidly and so do our ambitions.
Were looking for someone who can deliver highvolume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes working at a fast pace and achieving targets.
Youll have experience in the property sales and marketing process working with both internal and external parties about salerelated matters and most of all ensuring a smooth customer journey with high satisfaction levels.
Youll be working Thursday to Monday 10am to 6pm however you must be flexible.
Were particularly interested in hearing from you if you have the confidence to run sales offices on sites and represent the sales team and the wider company brand.
