Who We Are:
As part of our expansion we are building a worldclass retail sales team to help the worlds largest retailers harness the power of Tubis advertising ecosystem.
What Youll Do:
- Develop and manage key relationships with CLevel clients and agency partners
- Create consultative sales strategies to demonstrate how Tubis advertising solutionsprimarily in CTVcan enhance retail brand visibility and consumer connections
- Lead fullfunnel campaign development helping brands drive awareness consideration and conversion through tailored media strategies
- Leverage datadriven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable ROI for retail partners
- Stay ahead of industry trends particularly in emerging retail marketing technologies consumer behaviors and digital innovation
- Mentor new team members as we scale our retail advertising business to include tier one and tier two client partners
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in digital media sales with a strong focus on retail
- Proven success in building and growing partnerships with leading retailers and agency teams
- Deep understanding of retail advertising trends including shopper journeys programmatic buying and crossplatform marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate digital media strategies into actionable business solutions
- Passion for the evolving CTV media landscape and how retail brands can leverage realtime engagement
- BA / BS degree or equivalent experience

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role with final offer amount dependent on education skills experience and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan various benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance a 401(k) plan paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
