Pay Rate: $30 $45 per hour based on experience

Job Description:

United Trades of America is looking for a Bilingual Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Huntsville AL. This role involves managing schedules budgets and documentation ensuring smooth project from start to finish. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and have experience using HousePro or similar project management software.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project timelines budgets and quality control.
Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams.
Conduct site inspections to monitor safety and compliance.
Use HousePro software for project documentation and tracking.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and building codes.

Qualifications:

3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
Proficiency in HousePro software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to read construction blueprints and schematics.
Strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
