Job Description
Your Mission
We are looking for a talented and motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the needs of our business and users from our commercial and customer care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer andmaintainthe Salesforce platform including user setup profiles roles and permissions.
- Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements including creating custom objects fields workflows and reports.
- Provide support and training to Salesforce users ensuring they can effectivelyutilizethe platform.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stayuptodatewith Salesforce updates and best practices to continuously improve our implementation.
Thats What You Bring Along
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform esp. Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communicationskills and ability to train users.
