As a key member you will be involved in all aspects from assisting and supporting the returns & warranty department process ensuring the highest level of service can be offered to our dealers and consumers.
Brief job duties include
- Liaising with customers and processing returns and warranty claims by making commercial decisions including the inspection repair and replacement of product.
- Accurately assessing products to determine faults and coding items correctly.
- Processing returns and warranty claims through our system giving clear traceability at all times. Ensuring all paperwork and goods received match before processing checking for PODs and purchase order numbers.
- Ensuring all stock is in new condition correctly repackaged and barcoded for resale.
- Reconciling consignment and show returns
- Arranging collections and despatching parcels using our courier services and informing customers of collection and delivery dates.
- Liaising with the warehouse team regarding stock replenishment and consignment transfers.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in customer service advantageous
- Must have excellent communication skills including written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus and prioritising workloads in line with the current KPIs
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
- Previous experience working with Dynamics Nav advantageous
- Awareness of Health & Safety in the workplace
Onsite training will be given where required.
