Position Summary

Were looking for a highenergy goaldriven Account Executive Outbound to join our onsite team in Downtown Chicago IL. If you love making connections identifying opportunities and closing dealsthis role is for you.

You wont just be selling waste disposalyoull be introducing prospects to our compliance and OSHA software offering real solutions to real problems in healthcare.

What Youll Do:

  • Find Leads: Research and target potential customers through online searches cold calls networking and campaigns.
  • Qualify Quickly: Make many daily calls to assess leads understand their needs and clearly explain our value.
  • Manage Pipeline: Build strong relationships and move prospects through the sales process with consistent followup.
  • Present Solutions: Deliver engaging demos and customize presentations to address specific client needs.
  • Follow Up Diligently: Manage and track all leads via phone email and CRM.
  • Close Deals: Understand client needs overcome objections and offer tailored solutions to win new business.
  • Grow Accounts: Identify and pursue upsell and crosssell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor information.
  • Work Together: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth sales and onboarding.

What Were Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: 2 years of successful B2B sales ideally outbound or inside sales.
  • Quota Success: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Healthcare Knowledge (Plus): Experience selling to healthcare or multilocation accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • SelfStarter: Proactive and driven hunter who can independently generate business and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient with CRM (Salesforce HubSpot) Microsoft Office and sales outreach tools.
  • Educational Background (Preferred):A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred but not strictly required for candidates with strong relevant experience.

  • Competitive base salary unlimited commission $75K$100K OTE). Your earnings depend on your performance!
