The Regional Manager (RM) is responsible for leading and managing a team of 10 to 12 sales representatives within a specific geographic region. Key responsibilities include hiring developing sales strategies with the team monitoring sales performance training and mentoring sales team members and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall sales success. The RM plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within their designated region.
