Summary of Position
Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of aquatic programs managing waterpark staff and ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The Waterpark Manager plays a key role in fostering a strong team environment by delivering exceptional service and prioritizing safety. Through leadership safetyfocused practices and a commitment to a positive workplace culture this role enhances the overall waterpark experience for both guests and employees. The Waterpark Manager ensures seamless daily operations creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Education and Experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Clearly delegates responsibilities and authority for department operations
Overseas the implementation of departmental policies and procedures
Develop detailed realistic plans aligned with organizational objectives
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders using tact and diplomacy to resolve conflicts and gather accurate information
Manage team operations including conflict resolution coaching team development and performance management
Safety:
Maintains a strong focus on safety quality and sanitation ensuring all areas are inspectionready at all times
Ensures compliance with all safety protocols by maintaining necessary documentation standard operating procedures and required signage for all attractions
Conducts regular site inspections to uphold the highest standards of safety cleanliness courtesy and efficiency
Staff Management:
Directly oversees the performance of the entire waterpark team ensuring compliance with policies procedures safety and quality standards within budget constraints
Coaches develops and holds team members accountable for performance
Establishes individual and team goals to align with departmental objectives
Collaborate with Directors to develop and implement ongoing operational procedures and programs for the waterpark
Other Duties:
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Waterpark Director.
