With a flat monthly payment of $2000 per month a competitive quarterly bonus structure and the ability to continue selling as an active real estate agent with the brokerage.

- Agent Coaching & Development: Lead impactful training one-on-one coaching and business planning sessions to boost agent productivity and retention.
- Recruitment & Talent Growth: Execute intentional outreach and recruitment strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified agents.
- Guide Agents:Guide Agents to leverage the full services of the company including marketing transaction concierge training coaching mentorship Global Luxury technology stack and more.
- Special Projects: Drive the execution of strategic initiatives with clear timelines and measurable results.

- Recruitment and onboarding of high-quality agents who align with our culture and performance expectations.
- Measurable improvement in agent productivity retention and satisfaction.
- Consistent delivery and engagement of coaching communication and engagement initiatives.
- Effective completion of special projects with defined outcomes.
- Timely accurate reporting and collaboration with leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
- Experienced professional with 5 years in real estate sales; bonus points for leadership business development or training experience.
- An active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one within 12 months).
- A natural coach and motivator who thrives in a fast-paced people-first environment.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A collaborative leader who values integrity inclusion and innovation.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for company events conferences and networking opportunities.
