YOUR NEW ROLE
Reporting to the Logistics Manager and the Building Operations Supervisors the position will be responsible for the performance of assigned jobs within the Sydney Opera House and its offsite storage locations.

ARE YOU THE ONE
The ideal candidate will have:
It is essential to have a 1A driving licence (LR licence preferred)
A forklift licence (LF) a valid White Card (Construction Induction Training Card) or Traffic Controller card are highly desirable.
Physical capability of lifting and moving heavy items safely and efficiently.
Experiencein Building ServicesMaintenance activities (Carpentry/Cabinet Making/metalwork) or ahigh volume / fast
Demonstratedunderstanding of WHSrequirements including experiencein applying safework practices ina similar environment.
Work effectively with team/work groups to accomplish organisational and customer goals.
Listening too and understanding customer needs and providing solutions.
