Job Description

Jersey Shore Company is hiring an Associate Design Director for packaging. Great team under the direction of a super CD. The company produces confections for private lable and hospitality clients. The work is refined luxury to fun licensing projects. The right person is super flexible able to produce refined work as well as colorful playful packaging projects. Its a growing fastpaced studio. Be a handson designer and manager mentoring and directing juniors while steering your own projects as well. Book must be primarily packaging with food bev and/or confection experience. Work is primarily onsite so must live a commutable distance or consider a move to Asbury Park Area.

Responsibilities
*Design and manage packaging projects
*Keep projects on brief and on time.
*Mentor junior talent
*Prepare presentations and report into CD
