- The Customer Service position will be an active member of our Business Credit team contributing to company culture and driving the goals of the organization
- This position works directly with the Credit Manager focusing on aggressive growth and opportunity

What Responsibilities Will You Have
- Guide and support clients in establishing and building their business credit.
- Analyze and accurately input data crucial to the development of a strong credit profile.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients and internal team members across various channels.
- Provide business startup consultations focused on business credit to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and client interactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while advising clients on strategies to grow their businesses.
- Conduct outbound and inbound consultative calls engaging with clients for approximately six hours per day.
- Adhere to company policies procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues as they arise.
- Support special projects as needed and assigned

Job Requirements
- 2 years of call center or consultative experience.
- 1 year of data entry experience with strong attention to detail.
- 1 year of experience using CRM or Salesforce systems.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
- A positive and customerfocused mindset with a natural drive to help others.
- Resultsdriven and selfmotivated to meet productivity and quality expectations consistently.
- Reliable attendance available onsite Monday through Friday 8 AM 5 PM.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelors degree is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits (benefits available after 60 days):
- $18 to $20 dollars an hour
- Work hours are 8am 5pm/ MF
