In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our recruitment onboarding and retention efforts within an assigned business unit all while fostering a culture of teamwork and growth that helps those we serve lead fulfilling lives. This position offers the flexibility to be based out of one of our offices in Green Bay La Crosse or Appleton. What Youll Do: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source screen and interview candidates.
- Utilize various channels and tools to identify and engage with candidates.
- Provide leaders with comprehensive knowledge about the recruitment process preemployment screening tool sand current recruitment methods and technology.
- Cultivate relationships between candidates and hiring managers emphasizing fairness and inclusion.
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
- Stay knowledgeable of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment process.
- Participate in project work focused on employee engagement and retention.
- Backup the Human Resources Business Partner when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking For: - Education & Experience:Bachelors degree in human resources or 5 years of recruitment retention and onboarding experience. Experience hiring or working in the Health Care/Human Services field is a plus but not required.
- Skills:Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite excellent organizational and multitasking abilities exceptional communication skills and a knack for problemsolving.
Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to talk hear and communicate verbally and nonverbally with employment candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds.
