Job Responsibilities:
- Handle review and process product claims related to automotive parts from suppliers;
- Compile claim documentation including quality issue reports photos of defective parts inspection reports etc.; verify claim validity and recover compensation accordingly;
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Quality R&D and Supplier Development to facilitate claim assessment determine liability and define resolution plans;
- Manage and maintain data in the claims system to ensure complete and traceable claim records;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of claim processes and standards to enhance efficiency and cost control.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above preferably in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering International Trade Law or related fields;
- Familiar with automotive parts structure failure analysis and warranty claims processes;
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for interaction with overseas clients and preparation of written reports; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Strong crossfunctional coordination skills logical thinking and solid data analysis capabilities;
- Willing to engage in regular international communication and occasional business travel
