Do you want to be part of a dynamic and innovative project in full growth We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Hospitality Marketing Manager (M/F) for our hotelsS Catedral Hotel Porto e Arts Hotel Porto Tapestry Collection by HILTON.
Position Overview: As the Hospitality Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence drive guest engagement and boost revenue across our properties. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and reflect the unique offerings of our hotels and resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives.
- Create events and campaigns that boostthe energy of the restaurants and bars whithin the hotelsS Catedral Hotel Porto and Arts Hotel Porto Tapestry Collection by HILTON.
- Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape within the hospitality sector.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including digital content social media campaigns and promotional materials.
- Manage the companys online presence including website updates SEO strategies and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue goals.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners vendors and influencers within the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strongknowledge of the F&B market in Porto.
- Proven experience 3 years) in marketing roles within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication project management and analytical skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry namely the F&B area.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
