Job Description
- Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2320 $2560
- Provide leadership and management to the nursing staff.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations.
- Oversee patient care planning and ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage staffing scheduling and performance evaluations for nursing personnel.
- Monitor and maintain nursing budget supplies and resources.
- Conduct training and development programs for nursing staff.
- Education: Bachelors or Associates Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 23 years of nursing management or Director of Nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
- Skills: Strong leadership communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Candidates outside a 50mile radius qualify for travel pay.
