Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the recycled HDPE and PP sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HDPE and PP packaging customers in FMCG Lubricants and other industries. They must understand industry trends and market dynamics. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking excellent relationshipbuilding capabilities and a passion for packaging sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends in the HDPE and PP packaging sectors. Develop and execute strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities and drive revenue growth. Client Acquisition & Management: Identify and pursue potential clients in the FMCG Lubricants and other industries. Establish and nurture longterm relationships with existing clients to enhance customer retention and drive repeat business.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients highlighting the benefits of Banyan Nations recycled HDPE and PP products for their packaging portfolio.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders including environmental organizations government agencies and industry associations. Represent Banyan Nation at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
Product Innovation & Development: Collaborate with the product development team to understand market needs and customer requirements. Provide feedback and insights to drive the development of new products and solutions tailored to market demands.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance market trends and competitive activities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management outlining achievements challenges and growth opportunities.
