About the Role
This role is primarily customer supportfocused with occasional salesrelated responsibilities such as answering basic sales inquiries or passing warm leads to the appropriate team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming support requests via email chat or phone
- Provide professional timely and accurate support to clients
- Assist with client onboarding and account setup
- Identify potential upsell opportunities and direct them to the sales team
- Maintain detailed and organized records using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
- 1 years in a customer service or support role (experience in lead generation or sales is a plus)
- Comfortable handling support calls and writing professional responses
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Techsavvy able to work with CRM systems and other online tools
- Reliable and able to work fulltime on Eastern Time schedule
