- Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in legal services or may benefit from our assistance.
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information about their case or legal needs.
- Clearly communicate the value of our legal services and answer basic inquiries.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled an appointment.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for calls and appointments set.
Requirements
- Strong customer service knowledge with advanced English and Spanish proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Proven experience in an outbound sales telemarketing or appointmentsetting role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience using CRM systems or sales software.
