Club Manager Anytime Fitness (Chelsea MI)
FullTime Leadership Role Opportunity to Grow
Are you passionate about fitness community and leadership Anytime Fitness in Chelsea MI is looking for a motivated and dynamic Club Manager to take charge of club operations drive revenue growth and cultivate a supportive and energetic gym culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daytoday operations and manage overall club performance.
Drive revenue through membership sales personal training and local marketing.
Foster strong relationships in the Chelsea community through outreach and engagement.
Ensure topnotch customer satisfaction through member support and consistent service excellence.
Recruit develop and motivate a highperforming team of staff and personal trainers.
Oversee cleanliness maintenance and safety standards throughout the facility.
What Were Looking For:
Proven leadership experience preferably in the fitness hospitality or retail industries.
Excellent communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
Ability to thrive in a goaloriented and fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of sales customer service and community involvement.
Preferred: Current Personal Training Certification (NASM ACE ISSA etc.
