Develop implement and maintain the organizations FSMS in accordance with HACCP standards.
Coordinate food safety audits (internal and external) and facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified evaluated and controlled.
Lead the HACCP team and ensure the HACCP plan is up to date.
Monitor and verify CCPs PRPs and OPRPs ensuring compliance and records are maintained.
Provide training and awareness to staff on food safety practices procedures and system updates.
Liaise with production quality procurement and other relevant departments to ensure FSMS compliance.
Ensure documentation and records are properly controlled updated and readily available for audits.
Stay current with food safety laws regulations and industry trends.
Report FSMS performance metrics to senior management and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with external certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology Biotechnology or related field.
Minimum 25 years of experience in food safety quality assurance or related roles in the food industry.
Experience implementing or maintaining HACCP systems.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication training and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Detailoriented with problemsolving ability.
