We are seeking a skilled professional who can closely partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders to ensure successful implementations. You will be responsible for delivering robust userfriendly IT solutions that drive business value and are fully adopted by end users. Your role will encompass managing projects endtoend including scope planning budget timeline risk quality and communication. You will lead virtual international project teams across different time zones and communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING
In addition you will develop a solid understanding of Sales and Finance processes to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs. You will evaluate project requirements against the IT roadmap and industry best practices to ensure all process improvements meet organizational standards and support longterm efficiency. Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities across Sales and Finance operations will be a key part of your role.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Moreover you will build and maintain effective relationships with external vendors and service providers. You will plan and manage the involvement of external resources based on project needs and implementation scope ensuring seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience ideally in FMCG industry.
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
Experience with SAP modules (e.g. S/4HANA BW TPM)
Fluent in English
Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 is desirable.
Proactive solutionoriented mindset with excellent multitasking and time management skills
Strong people skills able to connect with others and get business and tech teams working together.
Comfortable leading discussions managing stakeholders and influencing decisionmakers
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2471 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
