The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall cleanliness appearance and maintenance of guest rooms public areas backofhouse spaces and laundry facilities. This role ensures that all housekeeping operations run smoothly and efficiently aligning with the hotels brand standards and guest expectations. The Executive Housekeeper leads and motivates the team to deliver exceptional service maintain high hygiene standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in 5star luxury resort
- High attention to detail
- Efficiency and time management
- Flexibility and able to work under pressure
- Leading by example/mentoring vs managing the team
