Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced People Operations Advisor to join our team in Bangalore India. In this midlevel role you will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR processes and creating a positive and efficient employee experience across global locations. You will be the primary point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated topics and you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our people operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and HRrelated queries.

  • Support the complete range of global HR processes including onboarding offboarding leaves payroll contract management visa processing and relocation support.

  • Assist in drafting contracts certificates and reference letters.

  • Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Maintain and update the HR management system (HRIS) and employee records.

  • Generate reports and statistics related to people data and performance metrics.

  • Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth transitions for new hires.

  • Oversee offboarding processes and conduct exit interviews when necessary.

  • Facilitate visa and relocation processes for international employees.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Drive HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience.


Qualifications :

  • 35 years of experience in an HR operational role preferably in a startup mediumsized company or global expansion environment.

  • A degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Solid understanding of employment regulations across different countries and administrative processes including payroll administration and parental leave.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • Proactive selfmotivated and comfortable working remotely and independently.

  • Ability to handle confidential information sensitively and appropriately.

  • Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a practical solutionoriented mindset.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (such as Workday) and experience with process automation.

  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic collaborative and globally diverse environment.
