What Youll Do
Lead and support monthend and quarterend close activities including P&L review expense validation accruals and account reconciliations
Analyze and report on financial results providing insights to senior management and crossfunctional teams
Create and manage accurate master data for key financial systems ensuring consistency across transactions and reporting
Collaborate on the development of management reports dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance
Participate in internal audits and external reporting processes ensuring compliance and data integrity
Support SAP S/4 HANA functions related to accounting processesprior experience in SAP is highly preferred but we are open to training the right candidate
Contribute to process improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to automate streamline or enhance accounting workflows
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
35 years of accounting experience is required including handson work with P&Ls general ledger expense analysis and financial reporting
Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA or ECC6 is beneficial; however deep knowledge is not necessarywe are open to training
Experience with financial master data maintenance (e.g. cost centers GL accounts profit centers)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
Highly analytical and detailoriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working in a collaborative fastpaced environment with multiple priorities
Must be available to work onsite at our Phoenix Corporate Office at least four days per week
