Job Description
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and validate large volumes of financial and accounting data
Reconcile spreadsheets financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
Perform data entry and maintain thorough documentation in line with professional service standards
Support regular reporting cycles including month-end closing and tax-related data compilation
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial analysis and compliance initiatives
Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in data processing or accounting support roles
Strong knowledge of Australian tax regulations and compliance practices
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas pivot tables and data cleaning)
Experience with accounting or BI tools such as Xero QuickBooks MYOB or Power BI is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Reliable deadline-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience in a professional services or tax consulting environment is preferred
