As the Sales Excellence Leader NAM for the highgrowth North America Region of Veolia Water Technologies you will provide strategic direction goals and metrics for the sales activities. Our sales team operates in a complex environment selling a large portfolio of products across all market segments utilizing several different channels to market . Your leadership will be pivotal in engaging with S&OP sales and business leaders to ensure sales excellence. An indepth understanding of the Water industry products and services is essential for the success of this role.
Works closely with Sales teams to achieve:
Forecasting and process accuracy for all 4 business lines
Sales WINLoss Analysis
Sales by market and by channel analysis
Deliver accurate commercial inputs to the S&OP process
Accurate sales demand view by products and technology
Sales force effectiveness analysis
SIP design to drive sales intensity
Digitally focused with SFDC and SAP as the backbone
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Chemical Industrial or Mechanical) Biology Chemistry Environmental Science or Marketing from an accredited college or university.
10 years of direct or indirect sales experience.
Organizational analytical and project management skills.
Leadership experience and the ability to coach and motivate a team and lead direct reports
Ability to build relationships across the organization.
Ability and willingness to travel 20 and reside within the region.
