Job Description
Overview
Customer ServiceTechnical provides handson troubleshooting and repair of brake lathes as well as technical phone support to customer and account representatives and processing customer parts orders. This position is located in West Lebanon NH (no remote work).
*This position begins through our local staffing agency with the goal of a permanent hire position with our company*
Responsibilities
Inspecting repairing and testing parts and brake lathes; Inventory and organize used/refurbished parts; Maintain documentation on repairs and/or returns. Maintain the Service Repair facility area including tools and machines. Troubleshoots brake lathe service issues over the phone dispatches service calls and processes parts orders.

Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and good communication skills are a must. Understanding of computers organization detail oriented and ability to multitask. Ability to oift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occationally lift and/or move up to 55 lbs; ability to use hands to manipulate handle and feel; ability to frequently sit stand walk reach within hands and arms length stoop kneel and crouch; specific vision requirements inlcude close vision and color vision.
