Job Description
Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Support in the procurement
- Liaise with production regarding sales queries
- Support in Compiling monthly reports
- Support in sequencing the orders on the production systems
- Support Product Stores to ensure product availability
- Liaise with despatch production and sales to ensure that the jobs are ready to be delivered
- Actively involved in the stock take in accordance with the accounting standards
- Attend daily Planning and Production Meetings
- Attend the weekly waste meeting
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 with Science / Maths
- Tertiary Qualification
- Industrial Engineering degree/diploma (advantageous)
Job Requirements
- 5 years experience preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment
- Computer literacy (MS Office Excel Word Outlook
- Energetic hardworking and able to perform under pressure
- Proactive responsibleand reliable
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Must be able to work independently
- Good administrative skills
Living in or around Pinetown
Forklift license an added advantage / Drivers license
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing production plans
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
