You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSupervise and coordinate the activities of production workers on the shop floor.
Ensure production schedules are followed and output meets quality and delivery standards.
Monitor equipment and machinery performance; report or coordinate maintenance when necessary.
Maintain strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Train guide and evaluate production staff to improve efficiency and skillsets.
Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Track production metrics and generate reports on productivity downtime and output.
Coordinate with quality control and inventory departments to ensure seamless production flow.
Resolve production issues troubleshoot delays and ensure minimal production disruptions.
Maintain proper documentation of shift activities incidents and performance.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Proven experience (3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in managing shift operations and handling workforce.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes machines and materials.
Working knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Excellent communication problem-solving and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with ISO 5S Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices is preferred.
