You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSupervise daily production activities to meet output quality and efficiency targets.
Plan schedule and monitor production workflow based on demand and capacity.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design maintenance quality and logistics.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
Prepare reports on production performance downtime analysis and productivity metrics.
Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the manufacturing line.
Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices and cost-reduction strategies.
Ensure proper documentation of procedures operations and equipment maintenance.
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes tools and equipment.
Proficiency in using production planning software or ERP systems.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with safety and quality control standards (ISO/TS/AS preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
